- Increasing the monetary reward for inter-caste marriages from ₹50,000 to ₹2 lakh.
- Raising the marriage incentive for persons with disabilities with over 70% disability under the sub-scheme “Encouragement for Marriage of Persons with Disabilities” from ₹50,000 to ₹2 lakh.

- Stalls for self-help groups and artisans will be set up on the lines of Delhi Haat at the Bantony Castle complex in Shimla under the Himachal Pradesh State Rural Livelihoods Mission.

- A new app named “Sugam Swasthya” will be launched.
- Free insulin pumps will now be made available for boys and girls up to the age of 27 years.
- Palliative care services will be made available for approximately 12,000 patients suffering from severe diseases.
- Under the Mukhya Mantri Vridhjan Dekhbhal Yojana, the healthcare and paramedical staff will conduct health check-ups at the homes of individuals aged 70 years or older through mobile health vans.
- To further strengthen ambulance services in the state, 25 Advanced Life Support ambulances will be purchased.
- A 50-bed Integrated AYUSH hospital will begin construction in Kangra district.
- The “Acharya Charak Yojana” will be launched, under which patients in all government AYUSH hospitals and dispensaries in Himachal Pradesh will receive free tests and essential medicines.
- Digital attendance for children and teachers will be introduced in all government schools of the state.

- For better management in the field of education, the Directorate of Education will be restructured.
- ₹3 crores will be allocated for the renovation of the hostel at the Sainik School in Sujanpur.
- Four hostels will be built in Kangra for college students, and hostels for schoolgirls will be constructed in Hamirpur and Sujanpur.
- To initiate modern ideas and initiatives in the field of technical education, an Innovation Fund will be established.
- Classes for M.Tech Electrical Vehicle Technology will be started at Govt. Hydro Engineering College Bandla.

- Expansion and strengthening of clean drinking water and sewerage facilities.
- In Lahaul-Spiti district, work will commence on 20 Water Supply Schemes at a cost of ₹27 crores, and in Kinnaur district, work will begin on 6 Water Supply Schemes at a cost of ₹72 crores.
- Construction work on 4 Water Supply Schemes in Nadaun, Bhoranj, Amlehed, and Haroli, and one Sewerage Scheme in Baddi, estimated at ₹314 crores, will be completed.
- Construction of drinking water schemes will begin in Bhuntar, Nahan, Jawali, Arki, Nirmand, Jogindernagar, Shahpur, Bhatiyat, and Karsog towns at a total cost of ₹167 crores.
- Under the 24×7 drinking water supply system in 12 urban and rural areas, work is in progress in 5 regions, and the remaining areas will begin work
- Under the Himachal Pradesh Gramin Peyjal Unnayan Pariyojana, better supply to 20,663 households in rural areas across 8 districts will be ensured at a cost of ₹745 crores.
- Under the Himachal Pradesh Gramin Peyjal Unnayan Pariyojana and Aajivika Yojana Rural Drinking Water Upgradation and Livelihood Project, the remaining 57% work of Functional Household Tap Connections (FHTCs) will be completed.
- To improve the quality of water supply in Himachal Pradesh, the new Mukhyamantri Swachh Jal Shodhan Yojana will be launched with a provision of ₹200 crores.
- During the upcoming financial year, a Drinking Water Treatment Plant will be installed in Dehra, Jawalaji, Jaswan and Pragpur, Kangra district, at a cost of ₹43 crores.
- Water testing laboratories will be established for 14 bacteriological standards to ensure the quality of drinking water.
- Work on sewerage schemes in Nerwa, Chaupal, Rajgarh, Shahpur, and Bilaspur towns will commence during 2025-2026.

11.Revenue, Disaster and Fire Services:
- All revenue courts will be digitized in a phased manner and an e-revenue system will be implemented in the State.
- A module will be developed under the Revenue Court Management System (RMS) to map land records related to citizens demarcation and mutation cases.
- Revenue records will be prepared in selected urban areas based on actual ground conditions through Aerial Survey Technology.
- The Bhunaksha application will be utilised to provide maps through a digital platform.

- Establishment of “Disaster Risk Reduction Coordination Centres” at sub-division and tehsil levels.
- Strengthening of the HP State Disaster Management Authority, District Disaster Management Authorities, State Emergency Operation Cell, and District Emergency Operation Cells.
- Development of climate/weather forecasts for agriculture and horticulture.
- Promotion of activities to reduce the risks of forest fires.
- Studies related to climate change and adaptation; promotion of earthquake-resistant techniques.
- Development of IT for Disaster Risk Reduction.
- Establishment of a Himalayan Disaster Risk Reduction Centre at Palampur.
- Fire stations will be opened in Rajgarh (Sirmaur district) and Kandaghat (Solan district).
- Eight new fire engines will be procured for Nadon, Indora, Rajgarh, and Kandaghat, and old fire engines will be gradually replaced with 60 new vehicles.

12.Recruitment:
- A total of 1,000 posts across various categories will be filled in colleges and schools.
- Recruitment will include 200 AYUSH Medical Officers, 3 Homeopathic Medical Officers, 3 Sowa Rigpa Medical Officers, 2 Unani Medical Officers, 52 Ayurvedic Pharmacy Officers, 32 Lab Technicians, 33 Staff Nurses, 82 ANMs, and 42 Junior Office Assistants (IT).

- Recruitment of 853 Panchayat Secretaries through direct recruitment and 219 Technical Assistants will be done.
- To streamline health facilities, an additional 290 ASHA workers will be selected.

13.Employees Welfare:
- From 15th May, in the first phase, arrears for pensioners aged 70 to 75 years will be paid during this financial year. Pending salary arrears of Class IV, Class III, Class II, and Class I employees and officers will be paid in a phased manner.
- From 15th May, employees of the state will receive a Dearness Allowance (DA) instalment at the rate of 3%.
- Daily wagers will now receive ₹425 per day, with an increase of ₹25.
- Outsourced employees will receive a minimum of ₹12,750 per month.
- Wages under MGNREGA will be increased by ₹20 to ₹320.

14.Honorarium:
- District Council: The Chairperson will receive ₹25,000, Vice-Chairperson ₹19,000, Member ₹8,300; Panchayat Samiti: Chairperson ₹12,000, Vice-Chairperson ₹9,000, Member ₹7,500; Gram Panchayat: Pradhan ₹7,500, Up-Pradhan ₹5,100 per month, and Members ₹1,050 per Gram Panchayat meeting as honorarium.
- Municipal Corporation: Mayor will receive ₹25,000, Deputy Mayor ₹19,000, Councillor ₹9,400; Municipal Council: Chairperson ₹10,800, Vice-Chairperson ₹8,900, Councillor ₹4,500; Nagar Panchayat: Pradhan ₹9,000, Up-Pradhan ₹7,000, and Members ₹4,500 per month.
- Anganwadi Workers: ₹10,500, Mini Anganwadi Workers ₹7,300, Anganwadi Helpers ₹5,800, ASHA Workers ₹5,800, Mid-Day Meal Workers ₹5,000, Water Carriers (Education Dept.) ₹5,500, Jal Rakshak ₹5,600, Multipurpose Workers (Jal Shakti Dept.) ₹5,500, Para Fitters and Pump Operators ₹6,600, Panchayat Chowkidars ₹8,500, Revenue Chowkidars ₹6,300, and Revenue Lambardars ₹4,500 per month.
- Increment in Monthly Honorarium: Sewing teachers will get an increment of ₹500 per month, Multi-Task Workers (PWD) ₹500, SMC Teachers ₹500, IT Teachers ₹500, and SPOs ₹300 per month.
- Medical College/AIMSS Chamiana: The stipend for Senior Residents/Tutor Specialists for PG students will be increased to ₹1 lakh, while that for DNB-Super Specialists & Sr. Residents-Super Specialists (D.M./M.Ch.) will be raised to ₹1.3 lakh.
- Monthly honorarium for Operation Theatre Assistants and Radiographers appointed on an outsourced basis will be increased to ₹25,000.

15.Others
- To enhance convenience for the general public, Artificial Intelligence (AI) will be utilised to make the online portal more effective.
- The work on the Software Technology Parks (STPI) being established in Mehli, Shimla, and Chaitdu, Kangra, will be completed.
- The government plans to introduce Drone Taxi services. To modernise agriculture and horticulture through Drone Technology Intervention, Drone Stations will be set up in the districts of Hamirpur, Mandi, and Ka

- Modern sports infrastructure will be developed at the Rajiv Gandhi Multipurpose Stadium in Kutasni, Shimla district.
- Indoor stadiums will be constructed in Solan, along with stadiums in Reckong Peo, Haroli, and Jai Singhpur.
- Synthetic Track and Field facilities will be developed in Hamirpur and Sujan
- Priority recruitment will be given to 15% of posts reserved for ex-servicemen in departments.
- The Diet Money provided to children studying in Sainik Schools will be increased from ₹10 to ₹50.
