- The Adi Karmayogi Abhiyan is a flagship initiative launched by Ministry of Tribal Affairs to create a grassroots leadership ecosystem within tribal communities.
- It was officially launched in August 2025.
- It is considered the world’s largest tribal grassroots leadership program.
- It aims to mobilize over 20 lakh change leaders across 1 lakh tribal-dominated villages, forming the foundation for a people-centric and inclusive development model aligned with the vision of Viksit Bharat by 2047.
